The workshop will include a warmup (whole brain activation\, dance and movement)\, AUM chanting\, releasing tension in the face\, breathwork and final meditation. SOMA™Music will be used to guide and enhance your experience. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of comedy\, food and fellowship! We are excited to announce the return of our Comics for a Cause show. Supported by our amazing community partners at GROW Inspired Women & East Coast Recovery\, proceeds from the event will benefit South Shore Peer Recovery. \n\n\n\nWe are excited to announce that GROW Inspired Women\, a local nonprofit organization\, have made a donation to create a scholarship in support of women in recovery. \n\n\n\nThis scholarship is a collaboration with GROW Inspired Women\, East Coast Recovery and South Shore Peer Recovery. All donations and the 50/50 raffle will directly support this scholarship fund. \n\n\n\nDoors open @ 6:30PM for dinner courtesy of Caffe Tosca on Hingham Harbor. The show starts at 7:30PM! \n\n\n\nComedians: Laurie Ferreira\, Nikki MacCallum\, Michael Thomas Geary & Jimmy Ryan. \n\n\n\nMusic by: Step Brothers Band \n\n\n\nGROW is a nonprofit organization operated by a small\, but powerful network of fierce females who are determined to help women achieve true happiness and prosper by excelling in both business and in life.

DESCRIPTION:Recovery Rocks is our major annual fundraiser that brings together individuals and families in recovery\, local musicians and the community to support our amazing cause. A night of hope\, community\, connection and fun\, Recovery Rocks has grown into a celebration of recovery. From humble beginnings this event has grown annually to include more than 500 guests. \n\n\n\nMore than half of our annual budget is dependent on fundraising and Recovery Rocks meets 80 percent of that need – all dollars raised go directly to adding recovery supports at SSPR. We are working to continually expand our offerings and reach more communities. \n\n\n\nDespite the rain\, last year was an amazing success at a beautiful new location.
