The workshop will include a warmup (whole brain activation\, dance and movement)\, AUM chanting\, releasing tension in the face\, breathwork and final meditation. SOMA™Music will be used to guide and enhance your experience. Information on grief support\, Narcan access\, as well as treatment and recovery resources\, will be available before and after the service in the resource tent in the parking lot. Rain or shine.\n\n\nFree and confidential Narcan is available to potential bystanders from Manet Community Health. Outreach specialist Kelsey Foley will be available immediately after the service to provide life saving info and medication. If you prefer to meet back at the recovery center\, Narcan will be available there from about 6:45-7:30am.
