The workshop will include a warmup (whole brain activation\, dance and movement)\, AUM chanting\, releasing tension in the face\, breathwork and final meditation. SOMA™Music will be used to guide and enhance your experience. Benefits include improved overall feeling of well-being\, increased energy and stamina.  \n\n\n\nThe workshop is facilitated by Joy Kingsbury MS OTR/L\, RYT-200\, Level 1 Certified Soma™ Breath Instructor. Joy is an occupational therapist who has facilitated yoga and meditation classes for 15 years. She is also a grateful person in recovery.
